Batovi Elements: The Third Occasion

Batovi is a women-founded Barcelona vodka brand whose Elements line puts a Moscow Mule in a can, bridging the gap between a category Southern Europe hasn't adopted and the terrace, beach and festival moments it already loves.

Friction

A Good Can in the Wrong Category

Batovi came to us with a Moscow Mule worth drinking and backing from some of Spain's most respected bartenders. What it lacked was a reason for anyone to reach for it. On a Spanish terrace the default is a caña, a glass of wine or a spritz, and canned cocktails still read as something imported rather than something Mediterranean.

Sell the Occasion, Not the Category

[Redacted] Spritz didn't win a category; it claimed a moment. We took the same route, positioning Elements as the third option next to beer and wine on terraces, rooftops and festival grounds, rather than one more RTD competing for shelf space. Credibility came from the trade: Raiza Carrera, Best Bartender of Spain 2023, and Vincenzo Imparato, head bartender at Sips, ranked No. 1 on the World's 50 Best Bars list in 2025.

Build

One Voice, Deck to Can

We built the brand and everything it needed to launch, so the investor deck, the label and the launch party all told the same story:

  • Identity & Packaging: The Batovi visual system and a slim can for Elements No. 01.
  • Investor Narrative: A seed pitch deck built on the MFM framework and anchored in occasion ownership, with Castilian Spanish versions of the brand and product decks.
  • Website: Copy and structure for batovivodka.com, covering the vodka, the Moscow Mule and The Fifth Grain members' page.
  • Activations & Content: Concepts and copy for a speakeasy at Supermercat Barcelona, a yacht day with Les Amis and the launch party.
Velocity

Built for the Moment

Elements went to market with a brand people recognise across every touchpoint and endorsements a bartender would take seriously. The activations put the can into the moments it was designed for, in front of the people it was designed for.
