What's the difference between product design and website design?
Website design focuses on marketing sites that attract visitors and convert them into leads. Product design focuses on the application itself: the dashboards, workflows, onboarding flows and interfaces your users interact with daily. Think of it this way: your website gets them in the door, your product keeps them there. We offer both as separate services, and they work well together when the marketing site and the product need to look like the same company.
How do you collaborate with our existing engineering team?
We embed directly into your existing tools and collaborate with your engineers throughout the build. Our handoffs include annotated specs, design tokens, and component documentation with real naming conventions your developers can use immediately. That's what keeps design and implementation from drifting apart.
Can you redesign an existing SaaS product or app?
Yes. Whether it's redesigning specific user flows, cleaning up an inconsistent design system, or doing a complete UI overhaul, we audit what exists and recommend the highest-impact path forward. Not every engagement needs to start from zero. We can scope a focused sprint around the features or flows that matter most.
Do you handle UX research as part of product design?
We're a design agency first, so we don't run full-scale research programmes in-house. But we do conduct audits, review your existing analytics and user data, and run stakeholder workshops to ground every design decision. If you need dedicated UX research like moderated user interviews or large-scale usability testing, we can recommend specialists or work alongside your existing research team.
What product design deliverables do I receive?
Every engagement includes high-fidelity Figma designs, an interactive prototype, and a reusable component library. The Full Product Design package also delivers a complete design system with tokens, documentation, and developer-ready handoff specs. Everything is structured to be maintained and extended by your team long after our engagement ends.
Do you also develop the product, or design only?
Our core strength is design. We build marketing sites in Webflow through our website development service, but for product development we partner with trusted development studios or work directly alongside your engineers. Either way, our handoffs are built for smooth implementation.
